Channa: Potato, Chick Peas, Salt, Red Chilli,
Chaat Masala: Salt, Red Chilli, Paprika, Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Aniseed, Long Pepper, Cumin, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Dried Mango Powder, Clove, Carom, Acid: Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Anticaking agent: Silicon Dioxide.
Sweet Yoghurt: Yoghurt (Milk), Milk, Sugar.
Imli: Tamarind, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Salt, Red Chilli, Ground Mix Spices, Cumin.
Papdi: Flour (Gluten), Water, Oil Rapeseed, Ajwain (ajowan caraway), Salt.

a) Empty Channa into a suitable larger bowl;
b) Add crushed Papdi on top;
c) Smother with Sweet yoghurt;
d) drizzle with our special Imli sauce, and finally;
e) Add garnish.
