Lamb chops marinated in our special sauce
Lamb, Yoghurt (Milk), Oil Rapeseed, Garlic, Ginger, Cumin, Ground Mix Spices, Whole Garam Masala, Red Chilli, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Ajwain (Ajowan Caraway), Black Pepper, Butter (Milk), Cardamon Black, Cardamon Powder, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Fenugreek, Green Chilli, Lemon Juice (Sulphites), Meat Tenderiser (Gluten), Mustard , Papaya, Vinegar.

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and always by use by date shown. Defrost for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted do not refreeze, use within 12h of defrosting.
For best results, oven cook. Pre heat oven to 200c. Place the marinade items in a suitable tray and cook for 20 mins, turning the pieces over after 10 minutes so that they cook evenly.
