Lamb Boneless, Onion, Channa Daal, Eggs (Eggs), Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cardamon Black, Cinnamon, Clove, Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Oil Rapeseed, Whole Garam Masala.

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and always by use by date shown. Defrost for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted do not refreeze, use within 12h of defrosting.
Fully defrost the Shami Kebab. Toss it in egg mix and shallow fry on medium heat, until golden. Keep flipping to both sides to achieve even colour.
