Water, Split Red Lentil (Massor) 2/3, Split Green gram (moong) 1/3, Oil Rapeseed, Salt, Red Chilli, Garlic, Turmeric Powder.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and always by use by date shown. Defrost for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted do not refreeze, use within 12h of defrosting.

Heating Instructions

Microwave: Remove the lid. Heat on full power 800W/900W for 2 min. Stir product throughout. Heat for a further 1.5 min at 800W/900W. Leave to stand for 1 min after heating. Stir before serving.
