  Storage Instructions

  Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and always by use by date shown. Defrost for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted do not refreeze, use within 12h of defrosting.

  Cooking Instructions

  Fully defrost the Aloo Tikki and shallow fry on medium heat, until golden. Keep flipping to both sides to achieve even colour.
