What do I need to start ordering online?

You can order online with Sapna Caterers Ltd from any internet enabled device. You will need an email address in addition to your regular Sapna Caterers Ltd accounts. To get set up for online please visit www.sapnas.co.uk and select sign in/register in the top right-hand corner of the screen. If you already have an online ordering account, please sign in entering your username and password. If you are new to Sapna Caterers Ltd, please register with Sapna Caterers Ltd and fill in the registration form.

How long does it take to get an online ordering account?

If you are signing up for a new Sapna Caterers Ltd account, please wait to receive confirmation email into your email address provided at the time of registration.

How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset or have forgotten your password, simply click 'Forgotten Password' on the Sign in page.

Is there any training?

The Sapna Caterers Ltd ordering system is very easy to use. Anyone with experience of ordering online through any of the large eCommerce sites will be able to pick it up very swiftly.

Can I change or cancel an order online?

The confirmation email we send will set out the latest time that you may amend or cancel your order, being 72 hours prior to the date of your delivery (the “cut-off time”).

Should you wish to cancel your order after the cut off time but prior to delivery, we may charge you in full for an amount equal to the value or your order, including any delivery cost.

Any cancellation must be sent to us by email to foodonly@sapna.co.uk within the cut-off time. Where you order goods that are unavailable for any reason, we shall notify you and we will either send a replacement product with your order with agreement from you, or organise a full refund or a voucher within two working days again with your agreement.

Is there any support?

Yes, there is a dedicated Customer Service team available 10:30am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday. You can find details on the Contact Us page.

Is there a minimum order for deliveries?

There is no minimum order, but delivery charges will apply. Please see our delivery charges information page for details.

Is Sapna Food Halal?

Yes, all our dishes are made with halal ingredients.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Yes, you can pay with all major credit cards.

Do Sapna Caterers Ltd delivery locally?

Yes we do, we deliver throughout the UK. We are currently investing in depot and logistics systems to ensure accurate order picking and more efficient deliveries.

Are all products delivered at the correct temperature?

Yes, health and safety is very important to us. All of our products are delivered in the correct temperature-controlled Vans. All our Products are delivered Chilled. For hot or frozen food delivery please call our dedicated help line on 0208 965 5145 to place your order.  

Can I collect my order from you?

Yes, you can collect your order from us with prior arrangements from our kitchen. Please call our dedicated help line on 0208 965 5145 to arrange collection prior to placing your order.
