Basmati Rice, Lamb, Yoghurt (Milk), Onion, Tomato, Oil Rapeseed, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Cardamon Black, Cardamon Green, Cardamon Powder, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Cumin, Green Chilli, Ground Mix Spices, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Juice (Sulphites), Milk, Plum, Whole Garam Masala.

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and always by use by date shown. Defrost for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted do not refreeze, use within 12h of defrosting.
Microwave: Remove the lid. Heat on full power 800W/900W for 2 min. Stir product throughout. Heat for a further 1.5 min at 800W/900W. Leave to stand for 1 min after heating. Stir before serving.
