Keep refrigerated. Some items may be suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and always by use by date shown. Defrost for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted do not refreeze, use within 12h of defrosting.
Microwave: Remove the lid. Heat on full power 800W/900W for 2 min. Stir product throughout. Heat for a further 1.5 min at 800W/900W. Leave to stand for 1 min after heating. Stir before serving.
